The Project Manager will be responsible for daily budgeting, change orders, and pricing, ensuring that the project remains on track and within financial parameters. Effective communication with various stakeholders, including design teams and joint venture firms, is crucial due to the complexities and dynamics of the project. Candidates should be prepared for a challenging environment that demands both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day budgets, change orders, and pricing
- Coordinate meetings with the joint venture firm and other project participants
- Oversee the restoration and movement of a 450 ft tall tower
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and financial goals
- 10+ years of experience as a project manager
- Experience in masonry, historic preservation, or renovation work is highly preferred
- Procor experience is preferred
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- PPO and HMO options with 75% coverage for employees and 50% for families after 90 days
- 401k plan with a 4% match after one year
- Three weeks of paid time off for vacation and sick leave
- Seven paid holidays each year
- Company vehicle or vehicle stipend of $500-$600 per month
- Company card for expenses
- Relocation assistance is available for housing
