🔥 High-Performance Clinical Scheduler – Lake Ellenor (Orlando, FL) 🔥

Camen Behavioral Services is hiring a full-time Clinical Scheduler for our Lake Ellenor location. This is a hybrid position built for someone who thrives under pressure, thinks in patterns, and sees scheduling as strategy — not clerical work.

The Challenge:

Scheduling in an ABA clinic requires balancing clinical hours, insurance requirements, staff availability, client needs, cancellations, drive time, and compliance standards — simultaneously.

You will routinely:

🧠 Evaluate 7–10 scheduling rules at once
📊 Identify inefficiencies and correct them quickly
🔄 Make real-time adjustments without disrupting service delivery
⚡ Think two steps ahead to prevent breakdowns before they happen

This is a fast-moving environment. Distractions are constant. Your ability to maintain focus and protect the integrity of the schedule is critical.

What You’ll Own:

📅 Full oversight of complex client and staff schedules
📈 Continuous optimization of productivity and billable hours
💻 Mastery of scheduling software, spreadsheets, and data systems
📞 Direct communication with families and staff regarding changes and adjustments
🧩 Rapid problem-solving when cancellations or conflicts arise

If weekly scheduling needs fall below 40 hours, you will be integrated into additional administrative operations to maintain full-time hours and productivity.

🎓 Education & Experience:

✔️ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related analytical field strongly preferred

✔️ 2+ years of experience managing complex scheduling systems in healthcare, ABA, staffing, dispatch, or high-volume service environments

✔️ Proven track record of balancing multiple constraints (compliance rules, staffing ratios, productivity targets, client needs) without loss of accuracy

✔️ Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, filtering, data tracking) and comfort learning new scheduling or EMR systems quickly

✔️ Experience working in insurance-based or compliance-driven environments strongly preferred

✔️ Demonstrated ability to remain structured, solution-focused, and composed in high-demand situations
