Description and Responsibilities

Our services are comprehensive, and are offered for children, adolescents, transition-aged youth, and adults.

The Outpatient Clinic Scheduler is a member of the Bridge Counseling Center team and will provide general office support to the division. They will also p erform general administrative office duties which include answering phones, typing, filing, copying, operating the computer, maintaining accurate and timely records/files.

Other key responsibilities:

• Schedule Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner, and Therapist appointments as well as meetings.

• Reschedule cancelled appointments.

• Complete referrals for Community Supports and Rapid Response Hub.

• Verify individuals’ insurances. Outreach individuals to obtain additional information, if needed.

• Collect copayments when applicable.

• Reserve offices and conference rooms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.

• Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record.

• Previous experience with administrative and clerical procedures, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
