Job Description
Kape Property Management is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties in the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working independently, and can bring strong organizational and communication skills to a collaborative small-office setting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily and commercial properties
Maintain positive tenant and client relationships through clear and professional communication
Ensure properties are managed efficiently, addressing maintenance, leasing, and financial reporting needs
Utilize property management software (Appfolio experience preferred) to track performance and support operational efficiency
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service in a small-office environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
5+ years of property management experience (multifamily and/or commercial)
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills a plus
Previous experience with Appfolio or similar property management software preferred
Additional Information
Compensation is $75K - $85K annually
