Job Details You’ll keep our financial engine running smoothly while helping the business make smart, data-driven decisions. This isn’t a purely back-office role — you’ll collaborate across teams and have real impact. Lead month-end close and all month-end processes. Review and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts and monthly workpapers. Prepare timely monthly financial statements (accrual or cash basis). Develop and monitor budgets with property management teams. Respond to escalated property management needs and issues. Produce financial analysis to support management decisions.
