- Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
- Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle.
- Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff.
- Must have strong leasing and sales skills, the ability to convert leads, conduct tours, manage the full application process, and drive occupancy goals.
- In addition, must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
- Prefer candidates with student housing experience
