When the line goes down, everyone panics…except you. You’ve seen it all, fixed even worse, and have a “trust me, I got this” attitude. You’re in demand! We are NOW HIRING a Maintenance Tech who knows their way around tools and machines.

What You Need:

  • Previous property maintenance, facility maintenance, or handyman experience preferred
  • Ability to use basic maintenance tools and equipment
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and climbing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic

How the Day Goes:

  • Perform general property maintenance and repairs around residential units and community areas
  • Complete work orders for maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections of units and property grounds
  • Help prepare units for new residents (turnovers, minor repairs, touch-ups)
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and equipment
  • Support the team with other maintenance tasks as needed
