Responsibilities

Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management operations

Help with the leasing process, including showing available units and processing applications

Manage tenant communications, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance and repair needs

Assist in preparing and managing budgets and financial reporting

Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors and service providers

Oversee community events and resident engagement initiatives to foster a positive living environment
Requirements

Proven experience in property management or a related field

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
