Daily Property Claims Adjuster

CENCO Claims is seeking a Daily Property Claims Adjuster to support residential property inspections and claim assessments in the Colorado Springs area. This field-based opportunity offers consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and support from an experienced internal claims team.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site inspections of residential properties to evaluate damage and loss

Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

Capture clear photo documentation and detailed field notes during inspections

Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives

Submit organized claim reports that meet carrier guidelines and timelines

Qualifications

Active home state adjuster license

Working knowledge of Xactimate or willingness to learn

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently in a field-based role

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
