Daily Property Claims Adjuster

CENCO Claims is seeking a reliable and experienced Daily Property Claims Adjuster to handle residential property claims in the Davenport, IA / Quad Cities area. This is a field-based role offering consistent claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our internal team.

What You'll Do:

  1. Perform on-site inspections to evaluate property damage
  2. Prepare accurate, detailed estimates using Xactimate
  3. Capture thorough photo documentation and write clear reports
  4. Communicate professionally with policyholders and carriers
  5. Submit timely and well-organized claim files

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software
  • Solid understanding of residential construction and property damage
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Active Iowa adjuster license or designated home state license
