POSITION SUMMARY

In this role you will focus on being a support for the warehouse in their daily needs. Your duties will include inspecting products and keeping record of damaged, defective, shortages of, movement of and expired products using computer systems and inventory management software. You will check inventory records to determine availability of requested products; compile and inspect incoming and outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage; clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations; confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries; investigate customer complaints and track service levels/problem solve any discrepancies; work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments); deliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return); and organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock. Other duties may be assigned.

PAY STRUCTURE

$23.25 per hour | Weekly Pay | W-2

This a special project with hopes that you will transition to a full-time, permanent role with our customer in December 2026.

SHIFT DAYS & TIMES

Monday-Friday | 7:00a - 4:00p |

Weekend calls and extra hours are required on a rotating basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must live in Lenexa, KS or a surrounding area within a reasonable driving distance.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED (this will be verified). An associate degree is preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation as attendance and punctuality is important.
• Must have the physical ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control roles (in a demanding and fast-paced environment is preferred)
• Must have good prioritization and demonstrated organizational skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be attentive to details.
• Must be able to work autonomously and also, effectively with a team.
• Must be a team player and professional in all settings.
• Must be on time, dependable, ethical and possess high integrity.
• Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and a hard work ethic.
