Against is an Equal Opportunity Employer, not because it’s expected, but because a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion makes us better at what we do. We believe the best ideas are born at the intersection of different perspectives; Age. Color. Ethnicity. Family structure. Gender identity or expression. Language. National origin. Physical and mental ability. Political affiliation. Race. Religion. Sexual orientation. Socio-economic status. Veteran status, and every other lived experience that shapes us as unique individuals.
