About the Position
LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Psychiatry NP in Washington!
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality psychiatric care across multiple clinical locations. The provider will conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and support continuity of care in a collaborative behavioral health environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
- Diagnose psychiatric conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with regulations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
Travel & Scheduling
- Travel between assigned facilities based on scheduled clinical coverage
- Scheduling managed by leadership; flexibility required for operational needs
- Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between facilities (excluding standard commute from residence to primary office)

Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nursing
- Board Certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
- Active NP license and DEA with prescriptive authority
- Experience in behavioural health preferred
- Ability to travel between locations as required
