Now hiring Nurse Practitioner for busy Internal Medicine/Primary Care office. We have a very diverse patient population and are particularly dedicated to the care of LGBTQ patients. We are looking for someone with experience in general primary care, transgender/hormone treatment and HIV treatment and prevention. Willing to train for the right candidate but ideally looking for experience in these areas. Looking for an upbeat self motivated team player to join our busy practice.


We provide PREP, PEP, and HIV treatment. We are advocates for our transgender patients and take pride in providing them a safe space to receive quality medical care. You must be interested in and passionate about this community. We provide them with hormone replacement therapy and referral for surgical treatment as desired. We also see a wide variety of Internal Medicine and Primary Care issues.


We are a growing practice and looking for a Nurse Practitioner to welcome new patients to the practice, diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices. The job description currently includes telemedicine, conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests and overseeing patients’ health. You’ll be both a health practitioner and an educator, supporting disease prevention practices and helping people lead healthy lives. Extensive clinical experience in primary care is a must. Patience, problem-solving skills and communication ability are incredibly important. Ability to collaborate with other providers and adapt to current care models is required.
