Rhino Medical is actively seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for PRN urgent care locum tenens coverage in Torrance, California.

This is an outpatient urgent care setting serving walk-in patients of all ages. Providers will work in a supportive, provider-driven environment focused on efficient, patient-centered care.

Assignment Overview

• Location: Torrance, CA
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
• Contract Type: PRN Locum Tenens
• Open Dates:
  • April 20, 22, 24, 27, 29 & May 1

Hours of Operation:

• Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day
• EMR: Paper charting

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat walk-in urgent care patients
• Provide care for pediatric and adult populations
• Diagnose and manage common acute conditions
• Perform basic in-office procedures as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Provider Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California NP license
• Active DEA registration
• Board Certified NP (AANP or ANCC)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
  (Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice preferred)
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages
