Job description

Position Overview Our client is seeking multiple Full-Time School Psychologists for in-person school-based positions in Salem, Oregon .

In this role, you will support students' mental health and academic success by conducting psychological evaluations, developing intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families, and helping create positive educational outcomes.

Location:

  • Salem, OR Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $65.00–$81.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Sign-On Bonus: Available Benefits : Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance , 401(k) plan with employer contributions Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans.
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to support students' mental health.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop strategies that promote student success.
  • Implement interventions for students with diverse learning and developmental needs.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in school psychology.
  • Qualifications Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Current School Psychologist certification or license.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a school setting.
  • Strong assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
