The Opportunity As an Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Oracle practice. You will leverage your skills in Oracle Human Capital Management to address complex business challenges, helping organizations optimize their workforce technology. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships, guiding and mentoring junior team members, and navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, using critical thinking to analyze complex concepts and anticipate client needs. In this role, you will be part of the Workforce Technology - Oracle HCM team, contributing to the Digital Core Modernisation network. You will collaborate with clients to implement Oracle solutions that enhance their human capital management processes. Your role will involve using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while maintaining professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, all while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
