Essential Duties And Responsibilities · Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and working with management staff. · Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. / Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored · Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Create robust inventory management and file systems. · Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, and layouts. · Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments. · Responsible for creating systems to optimize building operations (Kiosk check-in, COVID compliance, Liability Waivers, Office Security) · Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends. · Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. · Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord · Provide administrative support for the Executive team. · Manage the coordination and delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail and other delivery service items to respective locations. · Provide coordination and set up staff meetings/luncheons, and special events. Non-Essential Duties And Responsibilities In addition to the performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements. · Due to the cyclical nature of the security industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business' operational needs. · Attendance at all scheduled training sessions and company meetings is required. · Perform additional duties as necessary and assigned. |
