The Home Health Wound Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing specialized wound care services to patients in their homes.
This role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating wound care treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.
The Wound Nurse plays a critical role in promoting healing, preventing complications, and educating patients and caregivers on proper wound care management.
