The job: Are you ready to step into a role where your expertise drives real impact, your voice shapes outcomes, and your skills keep organizations running smoothly? We're looking for a dynamic, strategic, and solutions-driven Labor & Employee Relations Partner to join our team!
The day-to-day: Lead and facilitate meetings with employees, managers, and union representatives to investigate issues and drive fair, timely grievance resolution. Partner with union leadership and internal teams to resolve grievances and support arbitration processes. Manage day-to-day employee relations cases, ensuring consistent and effective outcomes. Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality. Analyze complex situations to develop strategic settlement options that support business goals and minimize organizational risk.
The ideal candidate: 3+ years of prior relevant experience is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Previous experience working in a similar resort setting is preferred. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
