Client and Community Relations Coordinator

The Client and Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for using Right at Home services to bring value to families and community about home care services.

Responsibilities:
· Plays the integral role of helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.
· Immediately answers the phone with the express intent of improving the quality of life for the caller.
· Relies on empathy to learn and understand a family’s care needs.
· Shares helpful community resources.
· Schedule in-home consultations and care delivery start dates.
· Has a successful sales track record in converting customers over the phone and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
· Develop and maintain the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care partners and referral sources.
· Serves as a mentor to caregivers and supports their care delivery.
· Maintains a calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.
· Generate referrals by building new relationships, and maintaining current relationships with nursing homes, hospitals, independent and assisted living agencies, physicians, and other community resources.
· Pre-plan weekly sales activities, create opportunities for communication with referral sources, and maintains all sale activity in a customer relationship manager database.
· Conveys a strong need to win and succeed by developing and meeting annual sales goals.
· Continually asks for the business by being competitive to gain market share.
· Present ideas and data, which outline new services opportunities and potential sales.
· Strong focus on meeting and exceeding the sales goals by improving care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share in the community.
· Maintain knowledge of current home care rules and regulations to help answer questions and concerns.
Requirements:
- High school graduate.
- Two (2) years of business experience in a sale or marketing position.
- Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
