About This Role
Onsite: MF, 8AM5PM 3500 Colonnade Pkwy, Birmingham, AL, 35243 Reports To: Project Controls/Cost Manager

What You'll Do
- Own the numbers Track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and financial trends across multi-year EPC projects.
- Be a strategic partner Work closely with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical leaders to align financials with project goals.
- Manage change with confidence Oversee cost changes, deviations, and risks to anticipate challenges before they become issues.
- Tell the story Deliver clear, compelling cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for clients and leadership.
- Strengthen controls Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards from day one.
- Make your mark Serve as the go-to resource for cost insights on high-impact EPC projects.
What You'll Bring
- 310 years in cost management and project controls.
- Expertise in forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk analysis.
- Convert complex financials into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficient in JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel, Power BI.
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Willing to travel up to 15% domestically.
- Full-time, onsite position in our Birmingham, AL office
