What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales & Occupancy
Own the full sales cycle—from first inquiry to move-in
Conduct tours, build trust with families, and confidently close
Follow up consistently and keep strong documentation (this part matters)
Build Relationships in the Community
Create a Great Experience
Help families navigate emotional decisions with clarity and empathy
Coordinate smooth, well-prepared move-ins with internal teams
Lead Strategy & Results
Manage the marketing plan, track performance, and adjust as needed
Stay focused on occupancy goals and department outcomes
What You Bring:
Sales or marketing experience (senior living is a plus, not required)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Confidence in guiding conversations and closing
Organization and follow-through—you stay on top of details and documentation
A genuine interest in supporting seniors and their families
What Success Looks Like:
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
