This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to build lasting relationships through clear and detail-oriented communication.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage the entire sales order process, ensuring accurate entry and timely fulfillment.
- Respond to inbound calls, offering solutions and maintaining a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth coordination and delivery.
- Handle both inbound and outbound communication to support customer needs.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and order statuses.
- Develop a strong understanding of company products and workflows to better assist clients.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Strong skills in order entry and managing sales processes.
- Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and understand company products and workflows quickly.
