The commune of LIMAY (Yvelines), with 20,000 inhabitants, is a member of the Urban Community Grand Paris Seine & Oise, with a budget of 33 million euros and 450 employees. RECRUITS, by statutory or contractual means, a Chief Project Manager for Urban Planning and Construction (H/F). Position attached to the Director of Planning and Quality of Life, herself under the responsibility of the Director General of Services. In charge of planning and construction operations, you are the guarantor of the quality of the works entrusted, the budget and the fixed schedule. You will take charge of the operations from the expression of the need to the delivery of the works. Whether in the context of the Regional Interest Project NPNRU, Heart of Town Action or the planning operations led by the City, you will be responsible for piloting the following operations (ongoing or to come): construction of a school group (1 kindergarten with 6 classes and 1 elementary school with 13 classes), realization of public spaces (parvis, pedestrian paths,...), urban park developments (Celestine Park notably, play areas),.... - Identify, plan, monitor and control the operations of works within the framework of the entrusted workload, in compliance with safety and prevention rules - Represent the contracting authority vis--vis external stakeholders for the realization of operations (coordination and follow-up) - Take into account the regulatory frameworks (public procurement, law MOP, CCAG, town planning, safety, labor code,...) to deliver works in accordance with the needs of users, energy efficient and respectful of the environment. - Ensure financial, administrative and accounting follow-up of the operations (dashboards, monitoring and follow-up of possible anomalies and modifications)
Profile Sought
Graduated from higher studies or with solid experience in the construction sector, urban civil engineering, landscape planning or equivalent. - Knowledge of the functioning of local authorities - Knowledge of the rules of public procurement (law MOP, code of public procurement, CCAG works and intellectual services,...). - Mastery of professional software, office and GIS mapping tools - Mastery of different types of professional writings (note, report, letter,...) - Project management and animation qualities - Relational and communication skills, synthesis spirit, reporting sense and transversal work - Driving license B mandatory Working conditions: * Work in the office and on site * Remote work possible subject to service needs * Full time 39h00 (100 %) * RTT: 23 * Statutory remuneration * Annual bonus * C.N.A.S.
