We are seeking a highly capable Construction Project Manager to join a growing, fast-moving construction and contracting team focused on municipal, commercial, and special projects throughout Michigan.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing a variety of project types, and working in a hands-on, small business environment where no two projects are the same. Projects may include renovations, emergency repairs, paving, public works improvements, historical building relocation, facility upgrades, and other specialty construction projects.
The Project Manager will focus on project execution coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and documentation, communicating with clients, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Projects vary in scope and complexity and may include:
Most projects range from several weeks to a few months in duration, with typical project values between $100K$500K.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and willing to do what it takes to keep projects moving successfully from start to finish.
