Manage $20M+ ground-up construction projects end to end. Control project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate with owners, architects, and municipal stakeholders. Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site. Report progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
The successful applicant:
7-10 years of construction project management experience. Proven track record on large ground-up projects. Experience across K-12, municipal, or higher education projects. Stable career history with no frequent job changes. Construction Management degree preferred or equivalent experience.
$130,000-$150,000 base salary plus benefits. High-visibility local projects with limited travel. Fast, structured interview process with decision-makers. Long-term growth within a stable project pipeline.
