This role provides senior leadership across the full project lifecycleincluding design coordination, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and closeoutwhile maintaining accountability for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk./ppThis position reports directly to executive leadership and plays a critical role in strategic planning, contract compliance, and enterprise-level risk management./ph2Key Responsibilities/h2h3Executive Project Leadership/h3ullipProvide full lifecycle leadership for complex public works electrical infrastructure projects./p/lilipDirect all phases of delivery including design review, procurement strategy, construction readiness, field execution, testing, commissioning, and final closeout./p/lilipLead multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field staff./p/li/ulh3Financial Contract Management/h3ullipMaintain full PL responsibility for assigned projects./p/lilipManage cost controls, forecasting, change management, and margin protection./p/lilipOversee compliance with public agency contracts including RFIs, submittals, schedule updates, claims, and regulatory requirements./p/li/ulh3Risk Performance Management/h3ullipIdentify and mitigate risks related to scope, procurement, schedule, constructability, and financial exposure./p/lilipProvide executive-level reporting including KPIs, job status updates, financial forecasts, and recovery plans./p/lilipEnsure strict adherence to safety programs, QA/QC standards, and regulatory compliance./p/li/ulh3Stakeholder Agency Coordination/h3ullipServe as senior point of contact for owners, agencies, consultants, subcontractors, and internal leadership./p/lilipResolve technical, contractual, and schedule challenges on high-profile infrastructure programs./p/li/ulh3Strategic Contribution/h3ullipSupport business development and pursuit strategy by applying lessons learned and contributing to project positioning./p/lilipProvide input on alternative delivery strategies and complex procurement planning./p/li/ulh2Required Qualifications/h2ullipstrong1015+ years/strong of experience with an electrical contractor delivering public works projects./p/lilipProven experience managing large-scale public infrastructure electrical programs including:/p ullipPower supply and distribution systems/p/lilipBackup power and reliability systems/p/lilipControl and automation systems (SCADA / PLC)/p/lilipCommunications and low-voltage systems/p/lilipMechanical/electrical equipment interfaces/p/li/ul/lilipDemonstrated success delivering strong$75M+ electrical scopes/strong./p/lilipStrong financial acumen with direct PL accountability./p/lilipExtensive experience with public agency contracts, change management, and claims resolution./p/lilipProven leadership managing layered project teams and field operations./p/lilipExecutive-level communication skills./p/li/ulh2Preferred Qualifications/h2ullipExperience on major rail or transit infrastructure programs./p/lilipStrong background in schedule management, procurement planning, and risk mitigation./p/lilipExperience with design-build and alternative delivery methods./p/lilipPMP, PE, or similar professional certifications preferred./p/li/ulh2Compensation Benefits/h2ullipBase Salary: $250,000 $280,000 (DOE)/p/lilipPerformance-based bonus eligibility/p/lilipComprehensive executive-level benefits package/p/li/ul/div
