We help real estate professionals make smarter decisions with powerful market insights. We're looking for a creative, AI-savvy marketer to amplify our brand and build community around our platform. Following a full website redesign, we are expanding our marketing strategic thinker and execution capabilities and are seeking a part-time team member to manage digital presence, content publishing, content creation, community engagement, and AI-driven competitive monitoring.
The Role
We're hiring a part-time Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator who's fluent in AI and genuinely interested in real estate. You'll shape how TrendGraphix shows up online—through blog content, social media, newsletters, and customer community.
This role blends hands-on digital marketing strategic plan and execution with AI-assisted research and content support.
You will:
- Write blog articles and marketing content
- Publish and promote content across channels
- Manage social media, newsletters, and community engagement
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, etc.) to monitor brand presence and competitors
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys thinking, planning, doing, organizing, and amplifying content, and who already uses AI daily to work faster and smarter.
This is a hands-on role. You'll write blog posts, publish and promote across channels, and engage with our audience. You'll also use AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, and etc. to monitor our brand, track competitors, and work faster than traditional marketing allows.
It's a great fit if you love creating content, building community, and using AI as a daily multiplier—not a novelty.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Presence & Content
• Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility
• Create blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content (with AI assistance)
• Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and others as relevant)
• Build and send email newsletters and campaigns to prospects and clients
• Produce short-form video content for social and training purposes
Community & Customer Advocacy
• Cultivate customer advocates and gather testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews; encourage satisfied clients to share feedback
• Support customer community initiatives and engagement
• Coordinate feature announcements and product updates to clients
Marketing Operations
• Set up and manage marketing automation workflows
• Track and report on marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions)
• Collaborate with sales team to align content with outbound messaging
• Create basic training videos, tutorials, and onboarding materials for clients
Content Writing & Support
- Write short-form and mid-length blog articles (e.g., 600–1,000 words) such as:
- Product updates and feature highlights
- Market insights summaries
- Thought-leadership or “explainer” content (AI in recruiting, analytics trends, etc.)
- Use AI tools responsibly to:
- Draft outlines
- Summarize industry trends
- Repurpose existing materials (emails, webinars, PDFs) into blog content
- Coordinate with other content writers when deeper or more technical pieces are required.
Blog & Content Publishing
- Manage the content calendar for blogs, newsletters, and social posts.
- Coordinate blog/article publishing with internal team or developers:
- Submit final content in required format (Word Docs, etc.)
- Review deployed pages for accuracy once live
- Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and messaging.
Note: This role does not require HTML or code deployment.
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Schedule and publish posts on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook (2–4 posts/week).
- Repurpose blogs, reports, and product updates into social-ready posts.
- Engage with industry and partner content to maintain visibility.
- Maintain consistent brand voice aligned with TrendGraphix’s AI-driven positioning.
Email & Newsletter Campaigns
- Set up and send newsletters and email campaigns using Mailchimp, SalesForce, or similar tools.
- Segment lists (customers, prospects, partners).
- Track basic metrics (open rate, click-through rate).
Community Management
- Support and grow TrendGraphix’s online community (LinkedIn Group or Slack).
- Share updates, highlight content, and encourage participation.
- Route product questions or feedback to internal team when needed.
AI-Driven Monitoring & Competitive Awareness
- Use AI LLM tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, etc.) weekly to:
- Monitor mentions of TrendGraphix online
- Track competitor messaging and positioning (Courted, Relitix, ShowingTime+, Lone Wolf, etc.)
- Identify trending topics, keywords, and gaps in visibility
- Provide short internal summaries (bi-weekly or monthly) with insights and recommendations.
Reporting & Coordination
- Track and summarize:
- Social engagement and follower growth
- Newsletter performance
- Blog traffic (via Google Analytics 4 or shared reports)
- Provide a concise monthly update with observations and next-step suggestions.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and other writers.
Content Writing & Support
- Write blog articles such as:
- Product updates and feature highlights
- Market insights summaries
- Thought-leadership or “explainer” content (AI in recruiting, analytics trends, etc.)
- Use AI tools responsibly to:
- Draft outlines
- Summarize industry trends
