A company is looking for a Purchasing Clerk to facilitate the effective ordering of products and services. Key Responsibilities Code and approve invoices, match invoices to delivery tickets, and place approved purchases with suppliers Interact with service providers, create work orders in CMMS, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure accurate product / service information Process monthly orders, prepare draft purchase orders, and assist with troubleshooting orders as needed Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred 1-3 years of related experience in Purchasing or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Experience with procurement tools, processes, and systems preferred, but not required Experience in mining, construction, or manufacturing preferred, but not required Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening, physical, and criminal background check
