About the Role
We are an established staffing company looking for a driven, self-motivated Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes ownership of their work.
You will be responsible for the full recruiting cycle—from sourcing candidates to placing them on assignments and supporting client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, and outreach
Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client positions
Manage the hiring and onboarding process
Dispatch employees to client job sites and ensure proper communication
Maintain strong relationships with both employees and clients
Track and manage candidate pipelines and job orders
Ensure all placements meet company and client expectations
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
Comfortable making calls, texting, and engaging with candidates daily
Problem-solver with a sense of urgency
Prior office experience required (staffing or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person)
