ABOUT THIS JOB:At Success On The Spectrum, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of ABA therapy while creating a positive, supportive environment for both our clients and our team.

This opportunity is for a Clinical Director position at our Brownsville location to join our growing team. Our brand-new, more than 6,000 sq ft facility has been thoughtfully designed to be sensory-friendly, fostering creativity, play, and imagination for the children we serve.

This is an in-clinic position only—we pride ourselves on providing hands-on, high-quality, one-to-one care within a structured and supportive center environment. We do not offer hybrid or remote services, nor will you be required to serve more than one center.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of children and their families.

ABOUT SOS:Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is the largest and fastest-growing autism treatment franchise in the U.S., founded by an autism mom and fueled by purpose. Unlike corporate-run ABA companies owned by private equity firms, each SOS clinic is individually owned, with a commitment to quality care over profits. WHY BCBAS LOVE WORKING WITH US:True Work-Life Balance:
  • Work Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM.

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work:
  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, call-ins, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing.
  • Clinical Directors have a MAX caseload of 9 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
  • You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training
  • RBT Trainer On Staff to assist with RBT onboarding.

Supported, Not Micromanaged:
  • Owners are not involved in clinical decisions.
  • SOS provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team.
  • SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
  • All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.

BENEFITS:
  • Salary $95,000-$105,000 depending on experience.
  • 5,000 Sign on Bonus!

Job Description:
  • Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm.
  • Acting Quality Assurance Officer.
  • Acting Ethics Officer.
  • Conflict Resolution/ Incident Response.
  • Weekly Meetings with BCBAs.
  • Oversee other BCBAs work and offer support.
  • Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc).
  • Create Individualized, research-based client programs.
  • Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
  • Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
  • Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home.
  • Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings.
  • Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests).
  • Train Interns and Trainers.
  • Respond to Insurance Audits.
  • Safety Management.
  • Cleaning Duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • BCBA Certification.
  • BLS / CPR certification.
  • No criminal background.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.
