About the Opportunity:

We're partnering with a high-performance CPA firm in South Florida seeking a Tax Manager to join their Real Estate Tax division. This is a remote-first opportunity with optional access to their award-winning office (SFBJ Finalist for "Coolest Offices").

You'll work with complex real estate clients office buildings, malls, apartment rentals preparing partnership tax returns and navigating special allocations between partners.

Requirements:

  • CPA (or all parts passed)
  • 1+ year as Tax Manager or Senior Tax Associate
  • Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firm experience (mandatory)
  • GPA 3.4+ from a top university (UF, FSU, UM, etc.)
  • 3+ years working primarily on real estate partnerships
