Key Responsibilities Manage a team in delivering benefit configuration, testing, and documentation for plan builds and maintenance Oversee employee performance and provide coaching to meet performance targets Participate in process improvement initiatives and ensure data integrity for pharmacy benefit plans Required Qualifications 5+ years in a leadership role with direct reports, preferably in a remote setting 8+ years of experience in pharmacy benefits, benefit configuration, or claims processing Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required Experience with document management practices preferred Ability to navigate team dynamics and provide mentorship to less-experienced employees
