We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician I to join a leading dairy manufacturing facility in Clackamas, Oregon. In this role, you will help ensure that every product meets the highest quality and safety standards while supporting a collaborative production team dedicated to excellence. Pay and Schedule Training Schedule (First Two Weeks): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Regular Schedule After Training: Sunday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Monday: 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM Tuesday: 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM Thursday: 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM This position follows a four-day, ten-hour schedule. Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours are required. What You'll Do As a QA Technician I, you will play an important role in maintaining product quality and food safety by: Inspecting incoming raw materials and finished dairy products Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Performing routine quality testing and documenting results Monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records Investigating quality concerns and partnering with production teams on corrective actions Supporting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Assisting with internal and external quality audits Tracking quality metrics and preparing reports Participating in continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent One to two years of quality assurance experience, preferably in food manufacturing or production Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Knowledge of quality control procedures and food safety regulations Excellent documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to work the required schedule, including weekends as assigned Relevant quality or food safety certifications are a plus Why Apply?
