Requirements

Interest in building or transitioning into a career in Software Quality Assurance.
Previous professional QA experience is not required for all opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred, depending on employer requirements.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to understand business requirements and identify potential issues.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn Manual Testing, Automation, API Testing, SQL, and modern QA tools.
Ability to attend technical evaluations and mock interviews as part of the readiness process.
Applicants who are not yet technically job-ready may have the option to join a structured paid QA Training & Placement Support Program.
Training participation is separate from employment consideration, and already-qualified applicants may proceed directly through the recruitment process.
