As QA Nurse - RN you will work closely and communicate with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to assure that state and federal guidelines are met while providing residents with a safe living environment. This is a leadership role in the quality management team for quality assurance and performance improvement projects. Qualifications Graduate of accredited school of nursing (RN) with current state license.'
