Company Profile

At Sand Cherry Associates, we excel in the design and delivery of strategic customer-centric initiatives through digitally native, data-empowered solutions. Our client’s confidence in us is centered on exceptionally skilled, high-energy talent working with the support of the full Sand Cherry team. Finding the right match for this role is a critical aspect of continuing that success.

This role does not support candidates who require visa sponsorship or visa transfer. All qualified candidates must be eligible to work now, or in the future, without requiring visa sponsorship or C2C.

  • Review billing transactions to ensure alignment with customer activity and service usage
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
  • Support reconciliation efforts between call center platforms and billing systems
  • Partner with multiple cross functional teams to ensure data integrity
  • Document findings, root causes, and recommend process improvements
  • Assist with audits, compliance checks, and data validation efforts

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working with billing systems and large datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills required; SQL or reporting dashboard experience in Jira, Power Bi or Tableau preferred
  • Ability to perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in telecom or technology subscription-based billing environments
  • Familiarity with call center technologies (e.g., NICE, Genesys, Five9)
  • Exposure to data quality frameworks, financial controls, or audit processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related is required

Compensation

Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $60,000- $80,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
