Job description

Job Title

B.S. or M.S. degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Economics, or other relevant majors.

5+ years professional experience working in business operations.

Experience leading and managing projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably regional and/or global teams.

Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without authority.

Experience within supply programs /supply chain.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities.

Demonstrated effective interpersonal and influencing skills as well as ability to understand business strategies and translation/merge into supply programs.

Strong facilitation and critical thinking skills as demonstrated by a history of facilitating teams in making decisions and solving problems.

Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented, and willing to initiate and nurture change.
