Job Title

Job Description

What will I be doing?

  • Review and verify data entry in program management systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Review consumer case files, billing submissions, and performance reports for completeness and regulatory compliance.
  • Input, update, and correct consumer and provider data in designated databases and reporting systems as needed.
  • Perform financial desk reviews and on-site monitoring visits to evaluate contract compliance, service delivery standards, and documentation accuracy.
  • Identify findings, areas of risk, and opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to providers on compliance standards, documentation requirements, and best practices.
  • Conduct program monitoring and compliance reviews of service providers in accordance with Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), Older Americans Act (OAA), and internal AAA policies.

Key Qualifications

Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work.

Must show attention to detail and the ability to competently complete work tasks.

Ability to resolve contractor issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Ability to work well with others

Communicate verbally and in writing.

Knowledgeable of human services programs, preferred

Do you have

A degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study

Less than 1 year of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties
