As the QA/QC Lead, you will serve as the site quality leader, acting as the primary liaison across Operations, Process Engineering, Technical teams, and customer-facing groups. This role is responsible for driving quality strategy, ensuring compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee both quality assurance systems and hands-on quality control activities, ensuring the integrity of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Responsibilities include:
This role involves a combination of laboratory, production floor, and office settings. It is a hands-on leadership role with frequent interaction across operations and technical teams. The fast-paced manufacturing environment requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution. Adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE in production and lab areas is mandatory.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OR. The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.67/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
