About the Role

Picture the start of your shift : in a manufacturing lab, you power up an oscilloscope and automated test equipment, load the latest test plan, and begin evaluating boards and assemblies. You spot a subtle signal anomaly, document the nonconformance, and partner with production to trace the cause. You recalibrate a tester, review drawings against IPC criteria, and close the loop with a concise report for an internal audit. As an Electronic Systems Quality Assurance Technologist, your work keeps our products reliable and compliant from build through final test.

What You’ll Do

• Examine and functionally test electronic components, subassemblies, and complete systems using specialized instruments and automated test platforms.
• Detect and record defects and deviations; compile findings and recommend targeted corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to continuous quality improvements across processes and products.
• Own the care, calibration, and operational readiness of test and measurement equipment.
• Partner closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications to verify adherence to requirements and IPC criteria.
• Capture, analyze, and summarize test data; generate clear reports and maintain complete quality records.
• Assist with internal audits and support regulatory and quality system compliance efforts.
