Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality control examinations of loan reviews completed by Loan Review Analysts
Provide real-time feedback on errors and corrective actions to Loan Review Analysts
Ensure regulatory compliance for reviewed loans and escalate error trends to management
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
Strong understanding of condition clearing processes and their impact on loan grades
Basic knowledge of credit rating agency requirements and USPAP standards
Ability to produce underwriting reports and analyze results
Bachelor's degree preferred
