Human Castle Recruiting is assisting an elite equipment manufacturer in the Buffalo Northtowns in the acquisition of a perm-hire on-site Quality Manager. This is a high-profile role with a compensation reaching $150K per year. Position includes top-tier benefits along with 2 yearly bonuses.
Duties include : -
Provide Quality leadership and continuous improvement-
Handle responsibility for QMS-
Manage Six Sigma change initiatives-
Support new product launches / change control / validation-
Ensure that SHEQ systems and processes deliver optimally-
Promote a culture of change to greater improvement-
Supporting Standardization-
Handle department resources / capacity planning / budgeting-
Process & procedure improvements, best practices, employee reviews-
Handle Supplier and internal audits, resolve conflicts-
Manage NCR (Non-Conformance) System and VCR (Verification Conformance Request) System
Preferred : -
Leadership experience-
ISO9000 Lead Assessor experience-
Working knowledge / Practice of Lean / Six Sigma-
Knowledge of CGMP and / or GAMP-
SPC experience
