Are you looking for a more personable, family-oriented company to work for, with growth opportunities? We have a Construction Quality Control Manager opportunity for you. Gpac has partnered with a general contractor looking to add a Construction Quality Control Manager to their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are looking to advance their career in the construction field. Experience with Federal projects is preferred.

Construction Quality Control Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
  • Create and maintain documentation for quality inspections, audits, and reports
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections on construction sites and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and address quality control issues and provide effective solutions
  • Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality control requirements
  • Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
  • Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions

Construction Quality Control Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Degree in construction or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Control role
  • Thorough knowledge of construction quality control processes and standards
  • Familiar with requirements of Federal project experience
