Quality Inspector / Quality Technician

We’re searching for a Quality Inspector / Quality Technician who takes pride in precision, accuracy, and doing things the right way. This role offers a stable first-shift schedule, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to work with high-quality, tight-tolerance components.

Aerospace experience is preferred — but not required.

What You’ll Be Doing

Interpret engineering drawings, safety rules, and procedural manuals

Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring tools

Apply GD&T to ensure parts meet specifications

Document inspection results and write clear inspection reports

Communicate findings with production, engineering, and quality teams

Follow standardized quality processes in a regulated environment

What We’re Looking For

Strong GD&T knowledge (required)

Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment

CMM experience preferred

Ability to read and understand technical documentation

Comfortable working with:

• Fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions
• Geometry and basic trigonometry
• Probability and statistical concepts
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills

Work Environment

Manufacturing / shop environment

Exposure to non-toxic chemicals, light dust, and oil

Eye protection provided by employer

Light lifting required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coral Springs, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
