Lead or assist in PPAP submissions and process validations. Program Management : Lead and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables. Customer Handling : Engage with clients, address technical queries, and ensure alignment with customer expectations. Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities, with 2 to 3 years of experience in business expansion strategies. Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with global teams to drive technical projects and align strategies across different locations. Quality Software Implementation : Utilize quality management software and methodologies to improve processes and optimize efficiency. Technical Expertise : Apply industry knowledge across Production, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics domains. Travel : Some travel required for customer meetings, business development initiatives, and project execution. Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years in engineering-related roles with program management expertise. Business Development : Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies for expansion. Project Management : Strong ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery. Software Proficiency : Familiarity with Quality Software Implementation, engineering tools, and industry best practices. Global Team Coordination : Demonstrated experience working with international teams. Communication & Leadership : Excellent ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally, and interact effectively with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Expertise in quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO standards. Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment.
