A Brief Overview The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Safelite field operation with a focus on enhancing efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction. As the Manager of Process Improvement, you will be responsible developing and executing process improvement plans, managing project timelines, and monitoring progress against key performance indicators. You will work closely with and lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to streamline processes and reduce waste resulting in a culture of excellence. Other aspects of the job include team building and group facilitation, compiling and analyzing data, and preparing training materials.
