Quality Technician (2nd Shift)

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 4pm to 12:30am
Pay Rate: $21/hr - $29/hr (depending on experience)
Location: Dayton, Ohio 45404

Experience: 2+ Years as a Quality Inspector or similar role within Quality Control

The Opportunity
In this role, you will be a vital part of the production process, ensuring every part meets strict customer specifications through in-process and final inspections. You will work with cutting-edge technology and cross-functional teams to maintain the company's reputation for quality and on-time delivery.

Quality Technician Job Responsibilities

• Inspect & Validate: Read blueprints and use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, and Faro arms) to qualify machined products.
• Audit Quality: Perform cell product audits, final audits before shipping, and outgoing audits for outside operations.
• Maintain Standards: Interpret control plans, use SPC for critical features, and manage gauge calibrations and records.
• Collaborate: Communicate effectively with Quality and Production departments to ensure seamless operations.

Quality Technician Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a quality inspector with proficiency in using gauges, comparators, and quality testing systems.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach to meeting deadlines.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9000, AS9100) is a strong advantage.
• Professionalism: A positive attitude, disciplined work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Requirements: Must be a . Citizen.
