One of Louisiana’s Most Iconic Food Brands has an incredible opportunity for a Quality Control Supervisor to join the team. Here’s your chance to lead quality operations for a household name in the Louisiana food industry — a brand known for tradition, taste, and trust. We’re looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to guide our high-performing QC team, drive product excellence, and make an impact that’s felt on dinner tables across America.

What You’ll Own
Lead and inspire a team of Quality Control Technicians — coaching, mentoring, and elevating performance through hands-on leadership.You will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain.
Drive lab operations — manage people, processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while overseeing testing and maintenance of the lab equipment
Enforce food safety standards — including GMPs, FDA nutritional labeling, and regulatory requirements.
Solve problems fast — spot quality issues early, implement corrective actions, and collaborate across QA, R&D, and production.
Elevate quality & performance — use trend analysis to recommend improvements that reduce costs, increase consistency, and boost product excellence.
Use data to lead — manage quality metrics that support smarter, faster decision-making.
What You Bring
2+ years of QC experience in a food processing environment.
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint .
Certifications like HACCP or PCQI a plus.
Training or experience in LEAN, Six Sigma , or other continuous improvement tools.
Strong communicator with solid problem-solving and analytical chops.
